Answers to common questions about HeadEase.
The camera shows a black screen. What should I do?
Go to iPhone Settings → HeadEase → Camera and make sure the permission is enabled. Then close and reopen the app.
The Nearby Centers section is empty or loading forever.
Make sure you have allowed location access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → HeadEase → While Using the App. Also check that you have an active internet connection.
The AI analysis result seems wrong. Why?
The accuracy of the analysis depends heavily on photo quality, lighting, and distance. Make sure you are 10–20 cm from the scalp, in good natural light, with the scalp centered in the frame. HeadEase is a support tool — always confirm with a professional if in doubt.
How do I change the language?
HeadEase automatically uses your iPhone's language if English, Italian, or Spanish is set. You can also change it manually in the app: tap the Settings icon on the home screen → Language.
Are my photos stored or shared?
No. Photos are sent to our AI provider for analysis and discarded immediately. Nothing is stored on our servers or on your device beyond the session.
Is HeadEase a medical device?
No. HeadEase is a support tool for parents and caregivers. It does not replace a professional diagnosis from a doctor, pediatrician, or pharmacist.
