Overview

HeadEase is designed with privacy in mind. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Data We Collect

Camera & Photos

When you use the scan feature, your photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. The image is processed immediately and is not stored on our servers or on your device beyond the session.

Location

If you use the Nearby Centers feature, we request your approximate location to search for lice removal centers in your area. Your location is used only for this purpose and is not stored or shared.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic Claude API — used for AI image analysis. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy
• Google Places API — used to find nearby lice centers. Subject to Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy

Data Retention

HeadEase does not maintain a user account system. No personal data is stored on our servers. Photos are analyzed in real time and discarded immediately after the response is returned.

Children's Privacy

HeadEase is intended for use by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
